To clarify a sensitive issue, it will be sufficient to say that it is, undoubtedly, the subject that most worries the first time travellers to Morocco, and at the same time, it is the least of the worries to those foreigners who repeat a visit or who reside in the villages and cities. The true security in Morocco and especially in Asilah is an unquestionable reality. Apart from the worries that one has when travelling “misinformed”, for the first time, to a country with customs so different, the security is greater than in most cities of Europe and America. My advice is to follow the elementary rules of security, and relax and enjoy yourself. |
